Timetable making MATLAB code

I want to know if we have a timetable making tool based on MATLAB. If someone has developed and documented, that will be useful to several institutions. We have several tools that serve the purpose but I guess MATLAB based tool will be easy to modify and using it would be a learning experience of MATLAB as well.

Have you searched the File Exchange? I'm not aware of a mathworks toolbox with ready-made timetabling software, but a search of the File Exchange should answer your question one way or the other.
