Regarding Color image Processing

I have a problem statement of enhancing the video taken through a camera in real time. The image is a colored image and consists of text embedded on a variable background. The solution requires to enhance the visualization of text while keeping the background intact. Can you suggest some color image processing algorithm for this task.

Can you let us know if this currently is MATLAB or Simulink based and if you have the Computer Vision System Toolbox available (VER command)?

We can't really suggest much without seeing an example image or few.

@ Andreas: This is presently based on Matlab and i am using image processing toolbox. I don't have computer vision system toolbox.
@ Sean De: I am ready to send u a copy of the image. Can you let me know the id to which i can send it or is there any file attachment option in here?
