R2014 installation problem with mathworks connection and activation

i am triying to install R2014a trial , i have an installation id.
The fist problem is: installer gives a connection and firewall error and cant connect to my account for activation. i have disabled firewall but problem isn't solved.
Second problem: To activate offline i visited license center and found my trial under trials prereleases and betas. But under it there is no activation segment so i can't reach my File Installation Key.
how can i install and activate my trial ?
