Choosing the correct optimization tool?

Hello,
I need a help in choosing the correct optimization tool for my problem. I have a linear system where LoadMatrix=(CalibrationMatrix)*StressMatrix.
I want to optimize this calibration matrix to get best sensitivity(stress/load) in different load cases.
All the matrices involved are non-square.
