How could I configure the execution time of an embedded Matlab editor function?

Hello, I'm working with a function in an embedded Matlab editor in Simulink to control ideal switches, I'm using a powergui block defined to work with discrete data for all my electronic compponents, the sample time used in this block is 1e-7, so all mi electric components are working with this, However my embedded function needs to be working with a sample time 1e-6, I'm not sure if this is possible and how could I configure independently of the powergui time or the fixed step size.
