Dot indexing is not supported for variables of this type - ISSUE?

Here is the screenshot. What is the problem here? Yesterday I was able to access the Data field in the Command Window with the code line in the screenshot.
Is it a common problem, or there is a problem in my script?

Start with experimenting:
img2 = reshape(img, [4, 376, 672]);
rgb = permute(img2([3 2 1], :, :), [2, 3, 1]);
figure, image(rgb);
This is called "gunshot programming" and an anti-pattern. But if it works...
