The author of the contribution you have been looking at makes the complete source code available quite inexpensively, especially for older versions.

It appears that prices have risen since 2011, but the first link is still offering source code from 14 euros. It would cost you more than 14 euros of your time to write and debug the code yourself.
You would not be able to submit the code as your own work, but the same is true if someone here were to give you free code.
