I have two sets of data to show on single bar plot to compare
So I have written like this
bar(HC_TRP(:,1),0.5,'g')
hold on
bar(MI_TRP(:,1),0.5,'r')
My problem is MI_TRP over writing the color on HC_TRP for some bins. At that instant I am unable to know what is the value of HC_TRP.. So any method to show HC_TRP correctly (for example: making transparent)

Perhaps it would make more sense to instead use
bar([HC_TRP(:,1), MI_TRP(:,1)], 0.5, 'stacked')
??
Transparency in a bar plot is possible to do, but it is not obvious code.
