3D surface from Matlab to Solidworks

Hello,
I am working in a Matlab code that generates a 3D surface contained in the usual matrix form X,Y,Z, as shown in the image. I want to explot this to Solidworks, preferably as a .obj file. What is the best way to do so?

Hi,
You can use 'surf2stl' function to write stl file from surface data and import the stl file in solidworks.
Refer this for more on 'surf2stl' function.
Refer this for more ways of writing to stl files.
