control the Gimbal orientation

I am concerned by a simulation that require to have control over a Gimbal's orientation as well as the drone's orientation.
can i achieve that with the Simulation 3D UAV Vehicle of the UAV toolbox?

You can use "Simulation 3D Camera" block to achieve this effect. https://www.mathworks.com/help/uav/ref/simulation3dcamera.html
You can adjust the relative position and orientation of your camera to the UAV using this block.

Yes, you can adjust the relative position and orientation during the simulation using either MATLAB function block or Simulink blocks.
