MatLab on iPad Air 2021

Hello,
Im looking forward to buy new iPad Air 2021 with A13 bionic chip inside. What concerns me is that I would love to run matlab offline with simulink installed aswell.
Is that possible on device described above ? Or can I only run MatLab Mobile on this machine ?
