[0 0 0;1 2 3] is an example of a matrix i Matlab. Please try the rest yourself. We are not here to do your homework. If you gave it a try, and fail, then come with specific questions what you dont understand.

Use sqrt() for square root, pi for pi, commas between columns, and semicolons between rows. For example
m = [0, 1, pi;
sqrt(2), 2, 0]
m =
0 1 3.1416
1.4142 2 0

However, she might be okay because there are a very limited number of ways to make this matrix so it's possible students could have thought of it on their own, even if you hadn't posted the answer.
