binaryOccupancyMap is the new name of robotics.BinaryOccupancyGrid, though the old way of calling it will still work as well. It is available through either Robotics System Toolbox or Navigation Toolbox. Make sure you have one of those toolboxes, as they are listed as being required on the Mobile Robotics Toolbox File Exchange entry.
If you do have one of those toolboxes, try the usual method of ensuring that functionality is available:
map = binaryOccupancyMap(10,10,10);
mapOldWay = robotics.BinaryOccupancyGrid(10,10,10);
If these do not work, ensure that your MATLAB search path is set correctly:
restoredefaultpath
rehash toolboxcache
