ipcam function error connect with camera hikvision

I am using MATLAB 2021a . I have 2 ezviz and hikvision camera . It is ok ipcam ('rtsp://ip:port, username , password') with ezviz camera. But with hikvision is not working . While I user open-cv python then two camera done good . Anyone help me , Please Thanks for helping me.

sir，may be you should setup hikvision sdk to develop

Thanks for answer fast. may be use Chrome to open the camera's web interface, set the RTSP Authentication to digest/basic

Dear sir, i done it . please watch file ,upload.png is to digest/basic ,upload1 is matlab error ,upload2 is python running is ok.what is fail. Help me Please.
