hey,

i have buillt a progem that control our compny robot using a xbox controller and for that i am using the vrjoystick function, i am need know if this function(vrjoystick ) is requires simulink progerm ?

The function vrjoystick comes under the Simulink 3D Animation toolbox and as per the product requirements page https://mathworks.com/support/requirements/simulink-3d-animation.html it requires Simulink.

It is correct that vrjoystick is a part of the Simulink 3D Animation toolbox. However, the product has both MATLAB and Simulink components, and, per the product requirements, only the block library requires Simulink. The vrjoystick function is a part of the MATLAB interface and should run also without Simulink, with MATLAB alone.
