there are parameters missed in the following eqution of log normal distribution, can anyone help me and send the full correct eqution

My pleasure.
This is the best I can do, since I have no idea where that image originated. It would be best to contact whoever wrote the contents of that image and ask them. I cannot guess what they were thinking.
Since everything is going to be done in MATLAB anyway, just use the documentation I linked to.
