Slider selection for a duration type data

Hello everyone, I wonder if there is a way to select a specific time (duration) using something like a numeric slider...
Any suggestion?

The only way I could find to do this is to put the slider inside my duration function. For example, this screen shot shows how I could use a slider to return minutes.
