Can you help me with a matlab code to enhance a dental dicom image.. I need to do image processing with the dental image

You'll need to describe what exactly you intend to do. Terms like "image processing" and "enhancement" are too broad to be meaningful.

In short: read about available image enhancement techniques elsewhere; get back to us when you know which specific techniques you want to try.

Again "enhancement" is so broad that it contains essentially contradictory tasks.
You might take a look at the documentation for the this part of IPT:
If it's just a matter of contrast, that might be a start.
