Unfortunately you forgot to attach the file so we really don't know and will have to start guessing. For a start try this
m = readmatrix('your file.matrix');
If that doesn't work try importdata(), readcell(), or worst case open with fopen() and read out line-by-line with fgetl() and parse each line to get the things you need from the line.
