How cans adjust to the subplot title font size?

Hello, everyone.

I want to grow Hs=1.5m, Tp=9sec font size in the subplot and reduce the sway font size separately, how can I modify the code?

Help me, please.

title('Sway') 
[t,s]=title('H_s=1.5m, T_p=9sec','Sway', 15);
legend = gca;
legend.FontSize = 14;

Even if the font size is increased, the axis font size is also large.

I want to change only Title.

s.FontSize = 9;

Or... use subtitle()
