Converting cell array to num array for conversions

I have a table like so:
float float_1 string
that is a cell array (this table is larger but this is just for documentation purposes). . I want to convert this into a num array, so that I can convert each cell to decimal format based on its data type.
I'm not too sure where to start.

Is your data is hexidecimal? You can convert it directly to decimal (use java BigInteger for large numbers)
import java.math.*
x=BigInteger('c3803512436677c4',16);
