Coding simplex two phase algorithm

I really need someone's help in coding a simplex algorithm. Its due in two days and I have tried my best in doing almost 50% of it but I'm not technically proficient enough to figure some parts of it. If someone is kind enough to atleast teach me, I would be really indebted to them. This is my last resort, I wanted to do it all by myself but with zero coding background I have no other choice. Someone please help me.
