Why do I get Licensing Error -8,523

I installed Matlab 2014b on my Arch Linux x64 Machine. I have a student license from my University. When I activated my product, it says succesfully activated but when I run matlab from terminal I get this error:

License checkout failed. License Manager Error -8 Make sure the HostID of the license file matches this machine, and that the HostID on the SERVER line matches the HostID of the license file.
