a = logical([1 0 0 1 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 0])
a = 1×12 logical array
1 0 0 1 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 0
b = [a(1:2:end)' a(2:2:end)']
b = 6×2 logical array
1 0 0 1 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 0
