I have data in a table and I need to combine first six rows in one cell row and then format it as a time (Year, Month, Day Hour, Minute, Second)

please advice me how to accomplish this task

thank you very much

this code works but, I still have one problem

My aim is to make plot where time will be on the x axis but after aplying your code I get string chart which I am not able to open and it is located in workspace

I am interested in how to connect this date firmat with outher values in the chart provided above on the picture?

And how to make plot by using of this date format because as I see it is not possible right now.
