I am working on classification of genes and I havae ti finf the cross validation accuracy,
I have finished
1)ranking of genes
2)maKing FCI combination of genes
3)dividing first folds into 5 sub folds
4)CAUCAULATED testind error using FNN
7)NOW I WANT TO CALCULATE 5 FOLD CV ACCURACY ,CAN ANY ONE TELL HOW TO PROCESS PLZ
