Number of flops for fsolve or newton's method to solve non-linear equations

Hi, I am using fsolve() function to solve the K non-linear equations with each non-linear equation having K variables and having degree M.
Can anyone tell me how to count the number of flops (floating point operations) for fsolve() method or newton's method ?
I searched rigorously in internet and mathworks file exchange. But, could not find any. That's why i am asking here. If any one knows any info., then please tell me.
