plotting two symbolic functions in different intervals

Hi,
I want to use ezplot command to obtain two function graphics in different intervals. For example;
syms x
f1=x;
f2=x^2;
ezplot(f1,[0,5]);
hold on;
ezplot(f2,[5 10]);
I expect matlab to show f1 and f2 on the same graph but it just shows f2 plot in [5 10] interval.
What shoul I do to see two functions on the same graph using ezplot command?

The ezplot function won’t do that, and neither will fplot. You will have to use plot to get the behaviour you want.
Sorry.
