Error while using enum in 2013b

I am getting error while using enum via .m file
In BsClrs_pspdefineIntEnumTypes.m file below enum is defined
Simulink.defineIntEnumType('BasicColors', ...
{'Red', 'Yellow', 'Blue'}, ...
[0;1;2], ...
'Description', 'Basic colors', ...
'DefaultValue', 'Blue', ...
'HeaderFile', 'mybasiccolors.h', ...
'DataScope', 'Imported', ...
'AddClassNameToEnumNames', true);
Error:
Error using Simulink.defineIntEnumType Attempt to execute SCRIPT defineIntEnumType as a function: C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2013b\toolbox\simulink\simulink\+Simulink\defineIntEnumType.m
