Contour Algorithm

Hi,
Is it possible for someone to tell me how the contour algorithm works in matlab? Someone has asked this previously (see: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/newsreader/view_thread/151392 ), however no-one really answered the question.

yes I'm very interested in knowing how the contour algorithm works....I cant find answers anywhere :)

The Contouring Algorithm is explained in the doc at MATLAB > Graphics > Creating Specialized Plots > Contour Plots > The Contouring Algorithm.
