MATLAB 2022a prerelease 설치 시 에러 발생

아래와 같은 에러가 지속적으로 발생하고 있습니다.
여러번 시도해보았고 매번 다른 다운로드 지점에서 발생하네요 (~1-2%)
MATLAB Answers 를 보니 이런 에러가 여럿 있는 것 같습니다. 어떤 사람은 VPN을 이용해서 해결했다고 하는 것 같은데 (https://kr.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/94381-how-do-i-resolve-a-matlab-installer-fail-with-an-error-related-to-a-lxe_win64-or-enc-file#answer_869235) 근본적인 해결은 아닌 것 같구요.
지속적으로 확인했지만 중간에 인터넷이 끊긴 적은 없습니다.

During the installation do not check on any additional toolboxes, just keep the default choice as it is. You can visit the below MATLAB Answer by MathWorks Staff to install additional toolboxes.
