You can use an ELM to generate random sequences by first training it on a set of input-output pairs where the inputs are random noise and the outputs are your desired sequences. After training, you can feed new random noise into the ELM to create new sequences.
However, this is not the typical use case for ELMs. Models like RNNs or GANs are more commonly used for sequence generation.
