I understand that you are currently facing an issue with the "Longitudinal Wheel Block" in a Simulink model, which requires the installation and licensing of at least one of the following products:
- Vehicle Dynamics Blockset
- Automated Driving System Toolbox

- Open the MATLAB Command Window and enter the following command to view a list of all installed toolboxes:

If any of the above toolboxes does not appear in the list returned by the above command, add the toolbox to your MATLAB installation as explained in the following post:

license checkout Toobox_Name
If the answer to the above is zero, i.e. ans=0, it means that the license checkout for these toolboxes has failed.
