Why i am always getting 'Minimum gradient reached' message?

Hello everyone! i am training my large data using nntool, my inputs are 6x9115 and targets are also same, when i train the data i am getting 'minimum gradient reached' message always.
Is it possible that due to my large data i am getting this message?
is there any specific algorithm for large data?
if anyone know kindly help me.
