I understand you have 2 properties and their 51x71 probability matrix. You want to compute marginal probabilities of these two properties and plot them.
I assume that you are having 2 properties, say X and Y and you want to calculate Marginals of X and Y in this way.
To achieve that in MATLAB:
A=[0.32 0.03 0.01;0.06 0.24 0.02;0.02 0.03 0.27];
% calculate column wise sum
k=sum(A,1);
% calculate row wise sum
l=sum(A,2);
% plot the Marginals for X and Marginals for Y
plot(k,l)
