Help choosing solver for optimization problem

Hi, I want to minimize the sum squared error between my system of ODEs output and a data set. My ODE parameters cannot be equal to or lesser than zero. Would this be a bound, least squares type of problem? Or would I consider the type of ODE that I am manipulating to get the SSE?
