simscape time-switch (zero resistance)

Under simscape I would like to change the some parameters of passive components (R,C,L) and add some circuitry. I want to use a zero-impedance time switch. Is there any possibility to model for this or how to change parameters on the fly or circuitry?

The best way to do this is to use Variable R, L, C blocks. In Simscape electrical such blocks are available in both Simscape implementation and Specialized Power Systems. See the following resources:
