plot vectors head to tail from dataset file

Dear all
I have large dataset X1, Y1, X2, Y2 in txt file.
Where:
X1, Y1 is tail of vector
X2, Y2 is head of vector
How cand i plot all my vector data in a graph by matlab?

May be you should check with:
quiver(X1,Y1,X2-X1,Y2-Y1)
