Plot Probability of three different scale in the same axis

I am doing this for the first time. I am trying to have three different scale in the y axis for the Probability which have varied number start from 0.001 to 0.999. Basiclly, I am trying to mimic figure in the attached image. Also, data is attatched.

You can use yyaxis to get two y-axis with different scales in the same plot. Not sure about three.
