radar range and antenna array

sir, i want to design a monostatic radar with the following specification frequency : 1.2 e9 range: 100NM Pda: 0.9 Pfa: 10e-6 beamwidth AZ: 2.4 degree EL: 2.7. degree using phased array antenna. is there any example to know that , how many elements (Row, column) will be required for the above specification?
