Plotting multiple files, excel and txt

I'm still a beginner in using MatLab and I have trouble plotting these files .

% the txt files seem to be read just fine using readmatrix():
meiv2 = readmatrix('meiv2.data.txt');
darwin = readmatrix('darwin.anom_.txt');
jmasst = readmatrix('jmasst1868-today.filter-5.txt');
% the xlsx file is more tricky...
