datafeed toolbox yahoo connect isue

i have just bought a student version of the matlab software and the datafeed toolbox with it. i cannot connect it to yahoo. whenever i press the connect button it says unable to find URL please does anyone have any solution. i do not have any proxy server or any kind of other host. but still issue arises?

try:
conn = yahoo('http://download.finance.yahoo.com');

i tried it shows the following error:
??? Error using ==> yahoo at 54
Unable to connect to given URL.
