How do I improve the quality of my plots?

1 次查看(过去 30 天)
I'm adding figures to a matlab report with the following code:
import mlreportgen.report.*
fig = [f1, f2, f3]
ch = Chapter('Name of the chapter');
for i = 1:3
Fig = mlreportgen.report.Figure(fig(i));
add(ch,Fig);
end
Report generator creates a pdf file with the figures. The problem is that for some plots (like the second one), the quality is really poor.
Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?
Thank you!

Hi Yami,
did you manage to find a solution to this problem? I have the same issue and changing the SnapshotFormat as suggested by Rahul does not have any effect.
I noticed that the plots where I have this issue are those in which are plotted several entries (e.g., in my case 6+ time series in the same plot).
Thank you!

Can you check by setting the Figure reporter's SnapshotFormat to be SVG or PDF, if that helps
Fig = mlreportgen.report.Figure(fig(i));
Fig.SnapshotFormat = "svg";
% Fig.SnapshotFormat = "pdf";
