error reported when using the conn_toolbox to do segmentation

When I use conn toolbox I got an error in step2/6：segmentation: ERROR DESCRIPTION:
Output argument "varargout" (and maybe others) not assigned during call to "C:\Program Files(user)\MATLAB\R2010b\toolbox\spm8\spm_jobman.m>spm_jobman".
Error in ==> conn_setup_preproc at 793 job_id=spm_jobman('run',matlabbatch);
Error in ==> conn_process at 185 conn_setup_preproc('run_structural_segment','subjects',nsub);
Error in ==> conn_process at 12 case 'setup', disp(['CONN: RUNNING SETUP STEP']); conn_process([0:5]);
Error in ==> conn at 1817 conn_process('setup');
Error in ==> conn_menumanager at 102 feval(CONN_MM.MENU{n0}.callback{n1}{1},CONN_MM.MENU{n0}.callback{n1}{2:end});
CONN v.14.n SPM8 + DEM FieldMap MEEGtools Matlab v.2010b
Someone suggest that I should try to change the matlab2012b to matlab2009,I don't if that is the solution...
I need your help！Please！

What is the CONN Toolbox? When I tried to enter conn in the Products drop down list below (something you should have done), it can find nothing that starts with conn. What does it say for you when you type "ver" on the command line? What toolboxes does it show and does that agree with what you think you should have?

The integrity name of "conn"is "CONN functional connectivity toolbox"(14.n). The accessory is the code of the error .

I still don't see it. Please pick it from the "Products" list in the box right below this comment. Or else state that it is some toolbox you got from some third party (and give their web site and contact information).
