How to plot confusion matrix conditionally?

Hi everyone,
I required to represent the output of two parameteres via a confusion matrix (heat map). The total number of observation are 173 with TT (27), TF(15), FT(52) and FF(79).
Mat=[[27, 15], [52, 79]]
The expected output is as below:
