Hi Bhuvnesh,
I understand that you are unable to open Simulink as it prompts an error. This error might be because at the time of installation the files have become corrupt and cannot complete installation. Sometimes it can also be the work of anti-virus software removing some files.
I am assuming that you can open MATLAB and when you open Simulink from MATLAB you get the following error. To solve this issue, you can
  1. Find the 'add ons' dropdown in ‘Home' tab in the toolstrip.
  2. Click on it and select 'manage add ons'.
  3. Search for Simulink it will be the first item.
  4. Click on the three dots and select uninstall. follow further steps and finish the uninstallation.
After the uninstallation is finished.
  1. In MATLAB open 'add ons’ dropdown in home tab of toolstrip.
  2. Select 'get add ons'
  3. Search Simulink and click install.
  4. After installation is completed, try opening Simulink it should now work as expected.
If you are unable to open MATLAB itself, then you would have to perform a clean installation of MATLAB. For more details regarding the clean installation for MATLAB please refer to the following MATLAB Answers thread.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Dinesh Reddy Gatla.
