i am working on super pixel segmentation algorithm for all sky images,i need to divide an image into irregular image blocks called super pixels based on texture similarity,brightness similarity and contour continuity in an image.plz code in matlab?

Quadtree decomposition is done by the routine qtdecomp() in the Image Processing Toolbox. See the help for it - I don't have any demos for you.
