My question is the following: Is it allowed to sell Matlab deployed executable generated by the deploytool and the compiler? What is the applicable license of the deployed executable?

The answer depends on a couple of paramters, mainly the type of license you are using. I will get you in touch with your account manager (==Sales) to clarify.
