Set MATLAB Job Scheduler Cluster Security Level= 3, Job test Validation Failed

I set up a cluster running security level 3 , as shown below:
and the cluster can be discovered:
However, validating the cluster Job test failed:
This is the sertting of my mjs_def.bat :
Is there something wrong with my mjs_def.bat?
How can I solve the problem?
