Linear fm block in simulink

how can I display the chirp waveform from the linear fm block in simulink? In the matlab workspace I would use the step function. I do not see an equivalent of the step function in simulink. I tried to create a generic block with step function but simulink complained. I am using matlab 2014b.

and mathworks will not share an all inclusive example whatso ever
